Minimum requirements for all Directors, Teachers, & Overall Staff:

• Must have required completion of 45 hours of childcare classes and either an AA (2 years or higher) in early childhood education or a valid CDA credential. 

• Must be CPR and First-Aid certified.

• FBI/FDLE Background Screening Results 

• Local Screening from Miami Dade Police Dept.

• Physical Exam (Certificate of Good Health), TB, & Test Results

• Must speak English. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
